MaglieCalciatori is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, deriving from the sale of the Articles depicted in the published catalog, for any delayed eo non-delivery of the product, nor for any other fact not attributable directly to our company. MaglieCalciatori does not assume any responsibility for loss of products after delivery.

MaglieCalciatori, therefore, reserves the faculty of modify/adapt the technical information of the products in the catalog, even without notice. Images related to articles are indicative, the characteristics of the objects delivered may be slightly different from the photos in the catalog.

Product Availability

MaglieCalciatori reserves the right to accept or decline any orders that are placed and in any case until exhaustion of the goods. Items for sale may be temporarily unavailable, in this case the sigg. Customers will be notified via e-mail within a maximum of seven days from receipt of purchase order. In the event that the item ordered is no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel the request and re-credit the amount already paid.

Prices

The prices of the displayed products are I. V. A. included. Is clearly indicated on the page, if the tax on value added is applied. The prices can be modified at any time, without notice.

Payments

The articles ordered must be paid in advance via a method of payment listed in "methods of Payment". Remember to make the payment within 3 working days.

Parcels refused or the recipient is absent:

In the case of a refusal of a package sent to a registered customer, we will ask the customer a refund of € 18.00, which will cover all costs of shipping, storage and communication. The cost of reimbursement must be paid within 10 days from the date of request via one of the methods of payment previously described. The non-payment of the expense reimbursement or the non-availability of the user to the debtor, we will be forced to contact a collection company, who will retrieve the credit in a legal way, in this case, the sum due will be added to the expenses attributable to the company in question.

Shipping and withdrawal

The ordered items will be shipped with the shipping method chosen in "Shipping methods". The goods travel at the buyer's risk, therefore we advise messrs. Customers that any claim for damage to goods must be notified immediately upon receipt of the goods, signing the receipt reserves indicating the type of damage. The Customer is protected by Italian legislation as regards the Right of Withdrawal (D. L. 15/01/92 n°50).
